What is the standard shipping timeframe?
Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days within Canada and the continental United States. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Products must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, intimate apparel and earrings are final sale.
How do I determine my correct size?
We provide a comprehensive size guide on every product page. We recommend taking your measurements and comparing them to our chart, as our fit is specifically designed for plus-size silhouettes.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
To ensure fast delivery, we process orders almost immediately. Once an order is confirmed, we are unable to make changes or cancellations. You may, however, return the items once they arrive.

Do you offer international shipping?
